1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services or visiting our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services We Provide
Lucknow Repair Hub offers home and appliance repair services including but not limited to:
- AC Repair & Installation
- Refrigerator Repair
- Washing Machine Repair
- Microwave Repair
- Geyser Repair
- Chimney Repair
- Water Purifier Repair
- LED / LCD TV Repair
- CCTV Camera Repair
All services are provided as per booking details. Any additional work or spare parts required will be charged separately.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
- Service charges and visit fees must be paid in full at the time of service or as agreed.
- No refunds will be issued once a technician has visited or a service has been performed.
- Advance or booking amounts are strictly non-refundable, even in case of cancellation by the customer.
- Prices may vary depending on issue, spare parts, or type of service required.
- In case of payment delays, we reserve the right to withhold further services until dues are cleared.
4. Service Visits and Cancellation
- Once a service booking is confirmed, our technician will contact you to schedule a visit.
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
- If the technician visits and service is not availed, a minimum visit charge will still apply.
5. Warranty and Responsibility
- Some repairs or parts may come with a limited service warranty, mentioned on your invoice.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, mishandling, electrical fluctuations, or physical damage after service.
- Lucknow Repair Hub is not responsible for any further damage caused by old or faulty appliances, or third-party interference.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide a safe and accessible work environment for our technicians.
- If replacement is required, costs will be informed before installation.
- Customers must verify all work completion before the technician leaves the site.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Lucknow Repair Hub is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages during or after service. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, part unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. All services are provided in good faith; however, results may vary depending on appliance condition and usage.
8. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases where:
- The customer behaves unprofessionally or abusively.
- The service location is unsafe or inaccessible.
- The appliance is beyond repair or poses a hazard.
No refund will be applicable in such cases.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
